Skills and activities in the previews

These are five examples from the collection, not a full contents list. A preview of page 101 does not mean that page is included in a smaller pack. Use the pack-size notes below to choose the pages you want.

Trace Lines

Pencil control · Page 1. Follow straight, curved, zigzag and looping trails, then trace an acorn outline. Try following a line with a finger before using a pencil.

Included in the 10, 25, 50, 100, 150-page packs. Enlarge the trace lines preview.

Uppercase F–J

Letter formation · Page 11. Trace and write uppercase F, G, H, I and J, then find matching letters. Say each letter name while pointing to its shape.

Included in the 25, 50, 100, 150-page packs. Enlarge the uppercase f–j preview.

AAB and ABB Patterns

Repeating patterns · Page 26. Choose what comes next in picture and shape patterns. Ask your learner to describe the repeating group before choosing an answer.

Included in the 50, 100, 150-page packs. Enlarge the aab and abb patterns preview.

Alphabet Pair Trail

Alphabet matching · Page 51. Trace, match and copy uppercase and lowercase B, H, N and Z. Compare the two forms of each letter together.

Which pack size should I choose?

Choose from 10, 25, 50, 100 or 150 worksheets. All sizes start at page 1. The 50-page pack includes the 25-page pack, and the 150-page pack includes all smaller sizes in this same grade and collection. Choose one size for the amount of material you want; adding overlapping packs repeats those worksheets.

Are these free worksheets?

The packs shown here are previews of the paid collection. The three free Forest kindergarten samples are separate downloads and need no signup. They are from this grade’s collection.

Can I print only a few pages?

Yes. Once a PDF is available in a paid order, use your printer’s page-range setting to select the pages you want. See our worksheet printing guide for file formats, scaling and troubleshooting.
